APPLICANT SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS
- Applicant must be a senior student at Hanover Central High School.
- Applicant must be born a preemie (born prematurely, weighing less than 5 pounds at birth attending an accredited college or university within the U.S.
- OR Applicant must be pursing a career in nursing, medicine or health sciences field of study including speech, occupational and physical therapy.
- Applicant must be entering their freshman year of college in the fall term.
- Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Applicants are required to be full-time student according to their school’s standards for the program for which they are enrolled.
- Complete the application along with a 200 to 500 word essay.
- Submit a copy of your most recent transcript.
- Provide two letters of reference from teacher/mentor, administrators, counselors, employers, coaches, community leaders or individual with significant knowledge of applicant's experience and involvement.
- Application and essay for the NCSF Scholarship must be submitted by the student to the Scholarship Committee on the NCSF form on or before the application due date (April 15th, 2024).
