In 2021, The Nathan C. Splant Foundation was part of the recognition and disbursement of the 2021 Senior Awards Night at Hanover Central High School. The Foundation presented a $500 scholarship award to Jodi DiGiovanni, a 2021 Senior. Jodi was born a micro-preemie at 24 weeks and will be continuing her education at Calumet College of St. Joseph in the fall.


For the 2021/2022 school year, we will partner with Hanover Schools Education Foundation to provide a $1,000 Scholarship to one graduating Hanover Central high school senior , born a preemie (born prematurely, weighing less than 5 pounds at birth), or be enrolled in a qualifying program, at an accredited college or university pursuing a career in nursing, medicine or health sciences field of study including speech, occupational and physical therapy.  External link opens in new tab or window#preemiestrong
