  

Big Wheel 500
SUNDAY, SEPT 15, 2013 (Munster, IN) - Boys and girls start your engines...the Munster Parks & Recreation will present the "Big Wheel 500". The Foundation will be co-sponsor of this event and volunteers and members will be serving hot dogs, chips and water to the parents and kids including a special guest appearance by Andy, Texas Roadhouse Mascot along with the #52 Illiana Late Model and driver for a meet and greet (signing autographs for the kids).
Where: Frank H. Hammond Park
When: Sunday, September 15th
Time: 1:00 - 3:30 p.m.
Each driver (Ages 3-6) must bring their own vehicle (Big Wheel, plastic tires only) and helmet. Those pre-registered will receive an event t-shirt. Medal/trophy ceremony and raffle follows each division. Participates are able to practice prior to race time. Winners must be present to win.
